P&G selection process consists of the following:
1. Online application:
it takes 5-10 minutes to completed. It covers the general details of the applicant, including the CV.
2. Online Assessment:
• The Success Drivers’ Assessment is a standardized assessment of your personal background, experiences, interests, and work-related attitudes, that measures fit against P&G’s competencies defining successful job performance
• There are no right or wrong answers
• This assessment may become the basis for discussions during interviews, so please describe yourself and your interests accurately
• Provides you an application experience consistent with your expectations and desire to showcase your abilities
• Provides fair and unbiased assessment of the full range of your skills and capabilities
• Helps ensure your success post-hire
• Delivers real time status and communication through the new Candidate Web Portal
• Allows 24/7 flexibility to complete online assessments
• You have as much time as you need to complete the assessment – most applicants take between 20 and 30 minutes
• Available in 21 languages
• WATCH-OUT: Without fulfilling this step, your application will not be processed further and you will be rejected after 2-3 weeks
3. Reasoning Test:
After completing the online assessment successfully, you will be invited to sit for the Reasoning Test within 2-4 weeks.
