Summer Internships in Communications & Research

One day, you might be taking a brief at an investment bank’s Canary Wharf HQ. The next, you might be putting together a plan for recruiting scientists to work with an FMCG. And the next, you could be on the South Coast coordinating a photo shoot for apprentices working on the railway.

When we say ‘no two days the same’ – we really mean it.

We help employers find and keep the people they need. Being able to deliver on that means being a student of the world every day, learning about people’s motivations and keeping on top of trends. You’ll call on a multidisciplinary team, working alongside occupational psychologists, consultants, resourcing experts, communications specialists, writers and designers, digital whizzes and market intelligence people. Your job will be to bring our offering together to give your clients (who come from an impressive roster of great names, spanning industries) the best mix of solutions.

If you’re sharp and committed, nothing can hold you back here. Our team is a blend of very individual entrepreneurs, free from any corporate cookie cutter expectations. As such, our grad scheme encourages you to grow in the directions that suit your talents. And our internship programme will give you the best grounding in communications. You’ll come along quickly in a short time, working hard, learning a lot, socialising with fun-loving colleagues and building your portfolio of projects. Just what you need to stretch yourself in the early days of your career.
