Our Goal
Provide young, talented students with the opportunity to gain practical, in-depth knowledge of Siemens by participating in our summer internship program.


What We Offer
A 4 week training program in one of our divisions that comprises both classroom and practical training, and two-weeks preparation for a teamwork competition that will take place at the end of the period
Continuous guidance from a tutor for a maximum learning experience
Open constructive feedback on performance at the end of the program
Salary of 500 EGP at the successful completion of the training

Duration
The Best-In-Class internship program will take place from July 4 to July 29
Competition Preparation will take place from August 1 to August 12

Who Should Apply
Students possessing the following criteria:

Senior or Graduating Senior
Majoring in:
Business Administration
Accounting
Electronics Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

GPA 3.4 and above
Fluent in English (command of a second language is a plus)

About the program
The objective of providing Unilever companies with people who will, in future, be equipped to undertake high level management responsibilities.

The program offers best choice for your generation to develop yourselves as business leaders with a difference and enabling you to make a positive impact on the world around you.

The program is consisted of 2-3 years of intensive development, challenging job rotations and International exposure in the following fields:

Human Resources
Finance
Marketing
Customer Development
Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Information Technology

You will be then able to easily and rapidly be a strong Unilever manager and can deliver at senior management position within 8-10 years of joining.

•Graduating within the next 12 months or already graduated
•Less than 28 years old
•Formal Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field to the above job functions

•Selected candidates will be asked to take a numerical test that aims to measure critical reasoning skills and consists of 40 Questions in 40 minutes.•A behavioral interview that assesses the analytical power as well as the business acumen of a candidate will be required from the candidates who pass the numerical test.
•Those who pass the behavioral interview will sit for a second interview with a selection board. The selection board is a one day assessment protocol that is used to assess candidates through a series of case studies and role plays.
